  1. The maker of ‘drinkable sunscreen’ in Irvine California agreed to pay $42,500 on Wednesday for allegations of deceptive advertisingofficials said. Dermatology Industry Inc. marketed and sold a product called UVO, claiming that people who drank it would be protected from the sun for up to five hours and did not admit to the allegations. Attorney General Rob Bonta said there’s no “shortcut” or evidence showing that alternative sunscreen products like UVO’s ‘drinkable sunscreen’ provide protection.   2. Orange County shelters have thousands of new dogs, cats, and pets that are up for adoption. These pets are patiently waiting to find a good home.
